Ginadomini.com reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Ginadomini.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.

SALES TAX AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Ginadomini.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax(s). International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Ginadomini.com is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Orders are processed within 24 working hours of payment and are typically dispatched daily Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times will vary according to the postage method selected at the checkout. You will be sent an email detailing your tracking number once your order has been despatched.

UK postage items are sent using Royal Mail 48 and Hermes Tracked delivery, which usually takes around 1-3 work days. Europe Deliveries usually arrive within 3-7 work days. Worldwide Deliveries usually arrive within 5-10 work days.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

We are a UK based company and ship worldwide to destinations where customs charges may apply. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel for both retail and wholesale orders. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WHAT SHALL I DO?

We want our customers to be delighted with their purchase, and we are always ready to help, so if you think there is a fault with your item please contact us immediately via our contact form so we can help.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT SHALL I DO?

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our contact form and we will try to sort if out for you as soon as possible.

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT SHALL I DO?

We sometimes split orders at despatch, so items may arrive separately. Please check your despatch notification emails to verify which items have been sent. If you find that an item is genuinely missing then please contact us via our contact form.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM. WHAT SHALL I DO?

Please allow 7 days for UK deliveries and 14 days for International deliveries. After this period please check at your local sorting office. If it is not at your sorting office and still not delivered after two weeks (or 28 days international) please contact us for assistance. We are always here to help.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, providing that the item has NOT been worn.

We will refund 100% of the sale price (excluding postage cost)
